Coats Match is a light waxed polyester braided thread for special machine sewn moccasins, Opanka box soles and Blake & Rapid stitching. Coats Match has been engineered with a pre-determined wax content through a calibrated waxing process thus offering a very smooth gliding finish which prevents machine soiling and seam slippage.
Coats Match does not require addition of lubricant or wax while sewing. It offers stain free seams on delicate leather and sports shoes. Coats Match is recommended for stitching on special machines developed exclusively for moccasins, uppers, Opanka box soles and flat Goodyear soles.
